APET mono with barrier. The barrier is without EVOH but with an additive barrier in mass. Ready to be recycled. High transparency compared to multimaterial films. High barrier film. Can reduce to value near to 0% the residual oxygen inside the packaging.

For the top film AMB can offer a PET peel and reseal film.

Standard APET for thermoforming, on FFS and thermoforming machines. The composition of the film is 100% PET, with the possibility to use post consumer flakes. Ready to be recycled. High transparency compared to multimaterial films.

Thermoformed trays, thermoformed cups, disposable containers. Where there is heat process during packaging or where the food is packed at high temperature. For food ready to eat and is necessary a re-heat in microwave. The sealing layer for this film must be PE

APET film laminated with flexible blown film. Is possible with only virgin PET, with recycled PET and virgin functional barrier (ABA structure), or with decontaminated EFSA recycled flakes. The blown film could be laminated inline without adhesive, or outline with adhesive. The whole structure could be transparent, colored, or bicolor. Is possible to add surface effect and a printing design.

Eco – Form provides a lower cost alternative to conventional APET / RPET. Available in opaque or coloured material, Eco – Form has excellent processing characteristics and a lower density that APET/ RPET.

A specially formulated laminated R-PET sheet unique to TDX. Significant investment in the latest Supercleaning technology enables us to manufacture RPET sheet with 90% recycled content (70% Post Consumer Content) and maintain excellent product quality and processing characteristics. The addition of a specially formulated laminate enables optimum tray performance in VSP (Vacuum Skin Pack) applications.

Film made with different substrates laminated outline with adhesive. It's possible to print internally or outside the structure, or both. One or more of the substrate could be a semifinished film for converters produced inhouse. Otherwise we could laminate different substrates that we buy externally.

Film developed for special and dedicated application. Examples are PE film for bags for frozen products, or mono PE film thermoformable for medical and industrial application. Or it's possible to develop a customised co-extruded blown film, or a customised laminated film with different substrates.
