The new AMB Mono PET HB has been designed to provide high barrier protection for sensitive products such as fresh and processed meat or fresh filled pasta.
This offers a significant advantage for our customers as they can now use fully recyclable, barriered mono-material PET trays, eliminating the need for multilayer PET with EVOH and PE, while maintaining the same food shelf life, and giving them peace of mind with an active barrier.
The AMB Mono PET HB can also incorporate post-consumer recycled PET, increasing even further its inherent sustainability.
